В качестве элюента использовали смесь изопропанола с водным раствором триэтиламина и трифторуксусной кислоты. Для определения компонентов смесей «исходный реагент - конечный продукт» построены градуировочные характеристики. Показано, что концентрация компонентов, рассчитанная по хроматограммам, соответствует действительной концентрации компонентов в смеси.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A technique for qualitative and quantitative control of all stages ofN-octadecyl-1,3-diaminopropane production by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is developed. A mixture of isopropanol with an aqueous solution of triethylamine and trifluoroacetic acid (eluent) and refractometric detector are used.
