Впервые показано, что интенсивность флуоресценции комплексов тетрациклинов с ионами Mg2+ в микроэмульсионной среде в 1,8 раза выше, чем в водно-ацетонитрильной. Пределы обнаружения составили 5, 8 и 25 нг/мл для тетрациклина, окситетрациклина и доксициклина соответственно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Conditions of sensitive and selective chromatographyic determination of tetracycline complexes with Mg2+ in milk using HPLC with post-column reaction and fluorescence detection are specified. The fluorescence intensity of chelates is shown to be up to 1.8 times higher in microemulsions compared to that in water-acetonitrile medium.
