Показана возможность применения этих комплектов для градуировки атомно-эмиссионных и рентгенофлуоресцентных спектрометров и контроля точности результатов анализа. Выполнен эксперимент по исследованию согласованности данных комплектов с образцами предыдущих выпусков и аналогичными образцами зарубежного производства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A number of new sets of certified reference materials were produced by the Institute for Certified Reference Materials (ICRM) for spectral analysis of stainless steels and iron-nickel alloys (LG70 – LG75 and LG76 – ISO LG82) and non-alloyed and low-alloyed steels (UG0l – ISO UG9l). These sets of certified reference materials may be used for calibration and accuracy control in x-ray fluorescence and atomic-emission spectrometry.
